At debtcollector.id, we implement a No Win, No Fee system—meaning you only pay if we successfully collect your debt. This approach provides financial security as you don't need to pay the full service fee upfront. If the collection is unsuccessful, you only pay a minimal administrative fee, with no additional risk.
More than 95% of the cases we handle follow this approach, where we:
Contact the debtor via phone, official letters, and email.
Communicate in the debtor's language to build trust.
Utilize private detective networks (if necessary).
Devise a customized collection strategy tailored to the specifics of your case.
Conduct a thorough review of the debtor's credit history.
Understand the local business culture for a more effective approach.
We understand that pursuing unpaid debts can be a burden. With our No Win No Fee system, you receive professional services without any upfront costs. If the debt is successfully collected, our service fees are charged to the debtor. This way, you secure your rights without bearing unnecessary additional costs.
This principle applies to invoices that:
Are business-related (B2B)
Are not disputed by the debtor
Are still in the non-litigation settlement stage
Have not been handled by any third party
Under these conditions, the client is not charged any upfront fees. If the debtor eventually makes a payment, we charge a success fee of approximately 5% to 20% of the invoice amount, typically around 15% of the total value, depending on the initial agreement.
We believe that late payments are not your fault, and therefore, the costs of delay and collection should be borne by the debtor—not by you. biaya keterlambatan dan penagihan seharusnya ditanggung oleh debitur, bukan oleh Anda.
If no payment is successfully collected, you will not be charged any fees. Should you choose to proceed with legal action, the No Win No Fee arrangement will no longer apply. However, we can still handle your case under a fixed fee or hourly rate scheme, based on mutual agreement.
